Switch does exactly what it says it will do. I should’ve read the literature better. This switch ranges from 750 to 1050 RPMs. I was thinking it would continue in the 50 rpm range and not limit it at 1050 RPMs. I’m using it on a 25hp kicker for a 6000 pound boat, and that doesn’t give me the speed that I am looking for. I’ve looked all over and had on order with another dealer for months before contacting Sim Yamaha and had it to me in around 1 month. Sim is awesome - Thank you!

the dealer said this would not work on my yamaha f90 because it did not have a handle. when i saw the oval fitting in the engine i took a chance it. would. when i searched the internet, the device ranged in price from 100 usd to 300 usd. the wiring harness is not pictured so i contacted simyamaha and they said it was included, as the write up indicated. i install the device and it works great. i just it mainly to approach the dock a a slow rate. thanks for helping me.
